Troubleshooting


beINvolved is a vended enterprise-level software product called Anthology Engage. Anthology offers on-demand training through the Anthology Academy for all its products to help users learn how to use the many features of the product and maximize their software usage.
If you have not yet created your Anthology Academy account, visit the Anthology Academy website and click the “Sign Up” option at the bottom of the form to create your user account using your @iu.edu email address.

The events tool allows you to manage your organization's events from one central location. Officers or users with access to manage the events tool have an additional set of tools when it comes to managing events, including the ability to create events, manage event attendance, and invite users to events.
You have the ability to track event participation to see who is attending the events that your organization hosts. There are many different ways to track attendance! This video covers them all.
Searching for events to attend is simple in Engage! Log in to your site to see a full list of events. On your login page, you will see upcoming public events from organizations across campus by clicking the events page. There is also a section for events on home page for which you have personally RSVP'd.
